Jurisdiction of Consular Services

Fresh Passport in lieu of Expired Passport. Requirements:

• Complete Form-A (Click here for Form-A )PDF File

• 4 Current Photographs....size 2x2 white back ground, Front face

• Original national ID (NICOP) card and photocopy of I.D (NICOP) card

• Regular fee US $ 46.00 and urgent fee US $ 120.00 ( If paid by credit card/debit card - Regular fee US $ 48.00 and urgent fee US $ 124.00)

• Expired passport

• Proof of resident in US (Notarized copy of green card/driving license)

• Applicant under 18 years of age should also provide NICOP.

• It has been decided by the Government of Pakistan that in countries where the Machine Readable Passport system is not functioning, the validity /expiry date of Manual Passports may be as 24th November, 2015.

   

• Fresh Passport in lieu of Lost Passport

• Annual Registration of Pakistan Nationals Abroad

Note: Passport with a one-year validity will be issued subject to the condition that the applilcant will also apply for NICOP. Children will not be endorsed on Parent's Passports and should apply for separate passports. Children born in USA should attach following with their Passport application:

• S-1 Registration form

• Form-A

• Notarized copy of father's Pakistani passport or US passport (of Pakistani Origin)

• 4 photographs

• Renewal Fee

Express Mail

Note (i) Express Mail : If application is submitted through mail, self addressed pre-paid envelope is mandatory for the return of documents. The Embassy recommends the use of Express Mail for all deliveries. Please use the flat rate envelop. Current cost is : $19.95. Do not use Metered stamps. The Embassy does not accept any other form of return envelope. Click here for US Postal Services. Embassy will not be responsible for loss of documents in the mail.

Note (ii) : All fees are payable in US postal money orders or cashier cheques made payable to the Embassy of Pakistan. Please do not send cash or personal cheques.Please make sure to include your name and address on money orders or cashier cheques. All fees are non- refundable.
