The Embassy of Pakistan, Washington, D.C. invites Expression of Interests (EOI)/Bids from Qualified, Reputable and Registered/Licensed Firms to Commercially Appraise the value of its property “on as is basis and the value of the property after renovation/remodeling” located at 2201 R Street, NW, Washington, D.C.20008. The method of selection would be under;
The ‘Bids Evaluation Criteria’ shall be as under:
• Possession of a Valid License to carry out the necessary appraisal;
• The Certification available with the company;
• Memberships of Professional Organizations;
Experience
Number of Commercial Appraisals conducted in the past 12 months;
Highest value of one single property appraised by the company/firm in last 12 months;
List of appraisals conducted by the company/firm in the area of Kalorama Heights, Washington, D.C. to ascertain its experience in the particular area under consideration.
Interested firms may forward their Original Proposals in double sealed envelope as per the sequence mentioned in ‘Bids Evaluation Criteria’ latest by 1200 hours on November 18, 2020 addressed to:
