Ambassador Dr. Asad M. Khan welcomed guests from all faiths at Easter/Holidays Celebration dinner held at the Embassy of Pakistan on 06 April 2019. It was an All Neighbours International initiative supported by the Embassy of Pakistan to promote the spirit of interfaith harmony.
Embassy of Pakistan, Washington DC hosted 'Pakistan Day Reception' which was widely attended by the US Government officials, members of Congress, Ambassadors and members of Diplomatic Corps and distinguished guests from various walks of life including Pakistani American diaspora.

While speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Asad M. Khan paid rich tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Mohd. Ali Jinnah and other leaders. Ambassador also read messages by the President Dr. Arif Alvi and the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan at the Flag Hoisting ceremony.

Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, (D-TX), Co-Chair of the Pakistan Caucus since 2007, announced that the Congressional Pakistan Caucus will be reconstituted when the newly elected 116th U.S. Congress takes oath in January next year, in an event held at the Embassy of Pakistan.
Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee and Mr. Tahir Javed, a leading member of the Pakistani American community announced the creation of the Congressional Pakistan Caucus Foundation (CPCF) that would promote Pakistani American youth and get them employment opportunities in the U.S. political system.
Welcoming the Caucus and the newly announced Foundation, Ambassador Ali J. Siddiqui said that under the leadership of Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, the Caucus would help foster better relations between Pakistan & the U.S. Also it would help to prepare a pool of young Pakistani Americans for successful careers in government.
While speaking on the occasion, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) expressed support for the Caucus and the Foundation. They emphasized the importance of friendly ties between Pakistan and the U.S. and said both countries could cooperate in many areas including trade and energy.

Washington: Ambassador Ali J.Siddiqui cited the recent UN OHCHR report which highlighted oppressive legal measures used by India to justify its brutality in Kashmir.He urged the American people to discuss the Kashmir issue & appealed to them to take cognizance of the human plight of Kashmiri people.
Washington: While speaking on the occasion of Kashmir Black Day, Ambassador Ali J. Siddiqui reaffirmed Pakistan’s continued and unflinching moral, political and diplomatic support to the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir.
Ambassador Ali J. Siddiqui visited the LA consulate today, 05 October 2018. Besides meeting officers and the staff, he inspected the Consular Section of the consulate. Consul General Mr. Jabbar Memon briefed the Ambassador about various initiatives taken by the consulate to improve the consular services. Ambassador appreciated the hard work and dedication of the consulate staff in rendering the consular services.
