Flag Hoisting Ceremony Held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, D.C., to Mark Pakistan Day

A flag hoisting ceremony was held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, D.C., to commemorate Pakistan Day.

Ambassador of Pakistan, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, hoisted the national flag to the tune of the national anthem in background, with the participation of all officers and staff of the Embassy.

On this occasion, special messages from the President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar were read out.

Additionally, Ambassador Rizwan Saeed Sheikh issued a special message highlighting the significance of the day.
