The Embassy invites applications for the following local hire positions:
Assistant (2 Positions)
- Bachelor’s degree; office/admin experience
- Confidentiality, good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; flexible hours
Driver (2 Positions)
- High school diploma
- English & Urdu communication; confidentiality
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; flexible hours
- Experience with embassies/international orgs preferred
Janitor/ Cleaning Technician (1 Position)
- Middle school or ability to read instructions
- Janitorial experience preferred; good physical health
- Valid U.S. driver’s license preferred
Notes:
- All positions are contract-based and renewable subject to performance.
- US citizenship or permanent residency with valid work authorization required.

The Embassy of Pakistan, Washington DC is in the process of acquiring a Health Insurance plan (Medical, Dental and Vision) for its employees. Bids are invited from service providers in the health insurance industry.

The Bids will be opened at 1230 Hrs on Tuesday June 17, 2025, 30 minutes after the closing date and time of the tender, in the presence of authorized representatives of the bidders who wish to be present at the time of opening of the Quotes. The Embassy retains the right to reject any Bids/Quotes/proposal. Firms will be invited for a presentation and discussion with a selection committee.
