Required Documents for Urgent / Normal Passports’ Application at the Embassy:

1. Applicant’s in-person appearance at the Embassy.
2. Original valid CNIC/NICOP with photocopy
3. Original previous passport with photocopy (if issued)
4. Proof of legal stay in the U.S. (Visa, Green Card, or U.S. Passport)
5. NOC from relevant department for government/semi-government employees
6. Foreign passport with photocopy (for dual nationals)
7. Police report with previous passport number (in case of loss)

For Applicants Under 18:

1. Children aged 10 and above must provide an updated CRC (with photo and fingerprints) or a Juvenile Card, as per NADRA’s policy.

Applicant must bring the previous pakistani passport, valid CNIC, NICOP, US Status or US passport (incase of Dual Nationals) at the time of process with photocopies.

• No need of any form and photograph.
• MRP can’t be issued or renewed in mail or through a representative.
• No amendment/modification is permissible in Machine Readable Passport. The Applicant should apply for a new Passport.
• If date of birth in CNIC is 1965, in MRP it will be treated as 1/1/1965.
