  • Ambassador Masood Khan felicitates Sohail Masood; terms it pride for diaspora

A leading Pakistani-American entrepreneur Dr. Sohail Masood has been awarded prestigious ‘Entrepreneur Of The Year®️ 2023 National Award’.

EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, previously Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, is the most coveted annual award program of the United States in recognition of entrepreneurship. Founded in 1986, the programs runs in all 50 U.S. states and in more than 60 countries. Each year over 300 compete in different categories with only 10 being selected after passing through a rigorous criteria.

Ambassador Masood Khan, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United, has congratulated Dr. Sohail Masood, CEO Kabafusion, on being honored with prestigious award.

Starting his professional career in 1992, Pakistani-descent Sohail Masood led his company to become one of the largest home infusion providers in California. In 2010, Sohail Masood launched KabaFusion, a home infusion company, that has also registered phenomenal annual growth of  30% to 40% year over year. Employing more than 1,500 health care professionals, KabaFusion has 26 home infusion specialty pharmacies across the US and offers service capabilities, including home nursing support, in more than 40 states.

Felicitating Dr. Sohail Masood, the Ambassador said that his phenomenal successes in the field of healthcare and his recognition as one of the leading entrepreneurs in the United States was a matter of pride for Pakistani diaspora in the United States as well as Pakistani nation.

The Ambassador further said that Pakistanis living in the United States were an abiding link between Pakistan and the United States and were significantly contributing towards the progress of their homeland as well as their motherland.

The Ambassador also appreciated philanthropic works of Dr. Sohail Masood.
