An event was held to commemorate ‘Defence & Martyrs Day’ along with ‘Kashmir Solidarity Day’ at the Embassy of Pakistan, Washington DC today, 05 Sept 2019. Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Dr. Asad M, Khan said that it is a reminder of resilience, bravery and sacrifices of our Nation and Armed forces. We all stand in solidarity with the people of Kashmir.

Pakistani American community of DC Maryland Virginia region celebrated Independence Day at Bull Run Park, Fairfax today, 17 August 2019. Ambassador Dr. Asad M. Khan addressed the gathering and congratulated the community on the occasion. He shared with them an overview of the latest developments in Pakistan-U.S. ties.
