“Invest in Pakistan” Tech Summit Convenes in San Jose, California on October 3, 2019

San Jose: The Embassy of Pakistan in Washington DC, in collaboration with prominent IT companies SiFive, NETSOL and Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs (OPEN) based in the Silicon Valley, convenes “Invest in Pakistan” Tech Summit tomorrow (October 03, 2019) in Sheraton Hotel, 1801 Barber Ln, Milpitas CA 95035.

The Summit is a day-long event attracting participation from leading Pakistani start-ups, US venture capitalists, and IT companies that are interested in opening their back-offices and design centers in Pakistan.

The Ambassador of Pakistan Dr. Asad M. Khan will speak at the plenary session focusing on the investment landscape in Pakistan. Other speakers/presenters at the event are accomplished professionals and leading entrepreneurs associated with IT & Tech sector in the US. From Pakistan, Chairman IGNITE, Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication will give a presentation on IT policy and government initiatives in the sector.

Following the Plenary, the Conference will break into six segments for focused discussions on specific areas of interests, including Microelectronics, Software Development, Gaming, Artificial Intelligence and Medical Innovation. Further details are available at www.paktechsummit.org.

The Tech and IT sector in Pakistan has immense potential for growth. The event will provide a platform to Pakistani startups to initiate contact with US investors and Venture Capitalists for future collaboration and investment in Pakistani IT sector.
