National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is providing online services facility to Overseas Pakistani who can process their NICOP/CNIC/POC/FRC from their homes at their convenience. Please visit NADRA website below for submission of your online application:

NADRA Facilitation Desk at the The Embassy of Pakistan Washington D.C is to only facilitate applicants who are facing difficulties in their online processing of applications. If you already applied online, please cancel the online application before you arrive at Nadra Facilitation Desk 

a) Obligatory requirements for First Time/Renewal/Modification of NICOP by NADRA:

  • Applicant’s NICOP/CNIC.
  • Pakistani Passport (valid/expired).
  • Parents Manual CNIC/NICOP (if any).
  • Sibling(s)’ NICOP/CNIC.
  • Spouse (if Pakistani) CNIC or NICOP.
  • Marriage/Divorce Certificate.
  • Birth Certificate/Old Form ‘B’ or Matric Certificate.
  • ‘S1’ Form, duly attested by relevant Pakistan Embassy/Consulate where the child was born.
  • Valid Legal Status in US/ US Passport /Green Card.
  • Two verifiers with copies of NICOP/CNIC & contact numbers. (cannot be parents, children, spouse, siblings).

b) Obligatory requirements for submission of biometric for Succession Certificate (Initiated only in Pakistan):

  • NICOP/CNIC of the legal heir (Applicant).
  • Succession Certification Application:  You can apply in Pakistan and Nadra will issue Tracking ID number and you can bring ID number to process Succession certificate
  • Copies of CNIC/NICOP & PP size photo with white background of the family member(s).

 

NOTE: Please ensure that information of relevant family member(s) is already updated/linked in the database of NADRA. If not, then firstly information will be updated (it may take 4-7 working days by NADRA to confirm the update) afterward, apply for FRC with those family members.

FEE STRUCTURE

  • All fees are non-refundable and must be paid through debit/credit cards. No other form of payment is acceptable. (Note: Inform your bank for international transactions – payment of fee for NICOP will be paid to Bank Alfalah in Pakistan from USA)
  • Additional $26.00 will be charged on each application in terms of Embassy service charge
