Pakistani participants of International Law Moot Court Competition 2018 visit Pakistan Embassy DC

Washington: Today, Ambassador Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry addressed a group of law students from Pakistan at the Chancery. These students came to Washington DC to partake in International Law Court Moot Competition 2018.

In his remarks, Ambassador Chaudhry applauded the Pakistani law students for their hard work and proficiency by winning the national rounds in Pakistan and making it to this international contest. He also appreciated the United States Government for sponsoring this event which not only exposed the participants to a global environment but also enhanced their capacity in their future profession.

Ambassador Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry gave them an overview of Pakistan-U.S. relations, and stressed the importance of this relationship highlighting its diversity in fields including, education, culture, economic, defense and security.

He advised the students to conduct themselves with pride and a sense of responsibility during their stay in the United States to project positive image about Pakistan.
The students expressed their desire for a closer and strong Pakistan-U.S. relations.
