Police Clearance Certificate from Pakistan

Requirements:

1. Original application of the applicant duly signed and dated

2. Period of stay in Pakistan

3. Three sets of photographs for issuance of Original Police Clearance Certificate

4. The letter should also contain the applicant’s correct address in Pakistan from where police verification can be made.

5. Copy of Pakistani passport or CNIC/NICOP.

6. Application form to be filled and signed. (For application form click here)

7. Prepaid return envelope for applications sent by mail. US Postal Service is preferable.

8. Money order / Cashier’s check US $ 32 payable to the Embassy of Pakistan, Washington D.C. 

Note: Police clearance certificate is issued only after receiving clearance from the relevant Police Office in Pakistan. This Embassy has no means to expedite this process.
