Ambassador Jalil Abbas Jilani visited the Capitol Hill today to meet Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen ( R- NJ), Chairman Defence Appropriations Subcommittee.

Ambassador Jilani had a wide ranging discussion with Congressman Frelinghuysen on Pakistan -US bilateral cooperation.
Congressman Frelinghuysen appreciated Pakistan’s sacrificed in the fight against terrorism . He also noted that a vibrant Pakistani American Community New Jersey was playing an active role in strengthening the bilateral relationship .
