Embassy of Pakistan in Washington D.C. celebrated the 74th Pakistan Day with traditional zeal and fervour at an impressive ceremony held at the Chancery

Embassy of Pakistan in Washington DC celebrated the 74th Pakistan Day with traditional zeal and fervour at an impressive ceremony held at the Chancery.

Ambassador Jalil Abbas Jilani hoisted the national flag, national anthem was played on the occasion. The proceedings began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Ambassador Jalil Abbas Jilani read out messages of the President and the Prime Minister. It concluded by prayers for progress, prosperity and solidarity of the country.

Ambassador Jalil Abbas Jilani, while congratulating the attendees on 74th Pakistan Day said the government is focused on overcoming challenges faced by the country and there is significant positive turn in all sectors. He expressed his optimism about the future of Pakistan in coming days and months.
