Ambassador Jalil Abbas Jilani called on Congressman Frank Wolf(R- Virginia) at the House of Representatives.

During the meeting Ambassador Jilani appreciated Congressman Wolf’s long service in the Congress and his consistent support for a strong Pakistan-US relationship as well as for democracy in Pakistan. He said that as a society representing diverse cultures, Pakistan considered inter-faith harmony as a core social value.

The Congressman expressed keen interests in developments in Pakistan and the region. He also discussed a range of issues in Pakistan-US bilateral relations and appreciated the active role played by Pakistani-American Community in fostering the relationship.
